In most cases, it would take 7-10 business days to make the prescription lenses plus another day for domestic overnight shipping.

 As stated in our Terms and Conditions, for domestic continental destinations (not including AK, HI, GU and PR), orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air service (when a physical address is provided, not a PO box), which in most cases arrives by end of the following day. A tracking number will be posted to you when the order is shipped.

Frame of Choice has a 14 day warranty period. If you experience any issues with your lenses, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Issues such as incorrect prescriptions or outdated prescriptions would not be covered, as the prescription lenses cannot be reused by another person. Claims made after the 14 day period are subject to customer specialists' discretion. Customers that wish to make warranty claims must present proof of purchase.

No, Frame of Choice partners with Nreal and has the official Nreal Air frames. For each order, we make the lenses to your prescription, mount them on the frame, and ship everything as a complete Rx insert to you. 

- Avoid putting the glasses in direct heat (such as under a car windshield) for long periods of time, or in humid environments. These situations will cause the lens and the frame to deteriorate, deform, etc.
- Avoid direct contact with corrosive substances such as insect repellents, toilet cleaning supplies, etc.
- Use a lens cloth to clean the glasses. Please handle with care, and avoid throwing or otherwise using your glasses in a way that could cause them to break.
