Can Prescription Glasses be Returned?

Ordering prescription glasses online can sometimes feel like a gamble. What if they don't fit perfectly? Or what if there's an issue with the lenses? To provide clarity and assurance, let's walk you through our return policy and warranty conditions at Frame of Choice.
Exchanging for a Different Size

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky when ordering glasses online. While each pair of our prescription glasses is custom-made, we allow for one exchange if the size you ordered doesn't fit as expected.
Please note that the shipping cost for returning the glasses to us, and then back to you, will be your responsibility. So, be sure to include a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label in your return package. Our return address will be provided in the invoice (#5).
Warranty Policy
Prescription Eyeglasses
If there are any issues with the lenses of your prescription glasses, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. Keep in mind that human errors, such as providing an incorrect or outdated prescription, are not covered as prescription lenses cannot be reused by another person. Any claims made after the 14-day period will be subject to the discretion of our customer specialists.
Frames
For our frames, we offer a one-year warranty under normal use. If your frames need servicing or replacing within this period, there will be a $10 shipping charge, for which customers are responsible. Please note that human errors are not covered under this warranty and any associated costs will be the customer's sole responsibility.
