At Frame of Choice, we want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns (Non-Prescription Frames)

You may return or exchange non-prescription frames within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.


Prescription Eyewear (Custom Orders)

All prescription lenses are custom-made to your exact prescription, so they are final sale and not eligible for returns.

That said—we stand behind your vision.

If you experience any issues with your prescription:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • We will work with you to remake or adjust your lenses at no additional cost

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
