How much Can I get Reimbused?

Each vision plan’s out-of-network coverage varies, please check your specific plan for details onamounts covered for lenses and frames. On average you can save $100 by shopping with usand submitting a reimbursement claim with Binkey after checkout.

Can I pay with my FSA/HSA card and submit a claim?

If you have used your FSA or HSA card to make a purchase, you won’t be able to submit aclaim to your vision insurance. This is because FSA and HSA accounts are already taxadvantaged, and your FSA/HSA plan administrators will ask you to confirm that you didn’t alsoclaim reimbursement from your vision insurer.

What type of products are eligible?

Your vision insurance will cover prescription frames and lenses, but some items like accessoriesor non-prescription sunglasses will not be covered. We’ve made it easy for you to find eligible items, simply look for the eligibility flag for each product when shopping.

How long does it take for me to get my reimbursement?

Processing times for each vision insurance provider varies, typically you’ll see yourreimbursement in 2-3 weeks. After you submit your claim, reach out to your plan provider to get an update.

What do I need to submit a claim with Binkey Bursements?

Simply have your vision insurance details ready (Plan provider, group and member number) tocomplete the form.

LENS MATERIAL

CR-39 Standard Plastic: Excellent optics, free with all prescription eyewear on Frame of Choice.

Polycarbonate: Superior impact resistance, thin and lightweight, 100% UV blockage.

Blue-Light Blocking: Polycarbonate lenses that block blue light from digital devices to reduce eye strain.

Trivex: Superior impact resistance, thin and lightweight, 100% UV blockage. Thicker, lighter, and clearer than polycarbonate lenses.

High Index: Thin and lightweight, 100% UV protection. Higher index = thinner lenses: helpful for stronger prescriptions.

LENS COLOR

Clear: All-day, transparent eyeglass lenses.

Non-Polarized Sun Lenses: Low-cost tinted lenses with UV protection for everyday use. Reduces eye strain in bright conditions, compatible with screens. Available in Gray and Brown.

Polarized Sun Lenses: UV protection, superior visual clarity in bright and shady conditions, reduces eye strain and glare. May not be compatible with some LCD displays. Available in Gray, Brown, and G15 (Green/Gray).

Transition Lenses: Lenses that darken outdoors and return to clear indoors. Available in Gray and Brown.

Drivewear Lenses: Polarized Transitions lenses by Essilor as an added protection from glare on top of the well-known color-changing lens capabilities.

ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING

All lenses come with the option of anti-reflective (AR) coating. AR coating decreases reflective light, making the lenses virtually invisible. Along with aesthetic benefits, AR coating also enhances visual acuity and reduces eye strain by allowing more light to pass through the lens and into your eyes.
